At Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing, we are committed to delivering a premium mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating experience. We sincerely thank you for considering our services and invite you to review the terms and conditions outlined below, which are intended to provide clarity about the scope of our work and ensure a smooth, transparent relationship.
These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our business. We encourage you to pay special attention to the key sections, including “Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy” and “Vehicle Terms”, located at the beginning of this document.
By scheduling any service with Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide adequate notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. If the deposit is not received prior to your appointment, it will be added to the final balance due at the time of payment.
Before Your Detail
Prior to your appointment, a preparation guide will be provided to help you ready your vehicle for service. To maintain efficiency, we kindly request that all excess trash and personal belongings be removed before our arrival. If the vehicle is not prepared and our team must wait longer than 10 minutes to begin work, a $50 convenience fee may be assessed for the delay.
Additionally, if the client is not present or unable to provide access to the vehicle within a reasonable timeframe, a $100 time-slot fee may be charged to account for the missed opportunity in our schedule.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring your vehicle is accessible and prepared in accordance with our guidelines.
Vehicle Terms
To ensure the best service possible, we kindly request that all personal belongings, valuables, and important items be removed from your vehicle prior to your scheduled service. For safety and liability reasons, Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing will not move or handle personal items.
Each service is scheduled based on the selected package and the condition of the vehicle as described by the customer at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any excessive conditions, such as pet hair, staining, heavy soiling, mold, bodily fluids, trash, sand, or other extreme messes prior to the appointment. If such conditions are present and were not disclosed, the vehicle may be subject to an updated quote following an in-person inspection.
For client privacy and protection, we do not clean inside storage areas such as glove compartments or center consoles if they are not emptied prior to service. We also request that all car seats and booster seats be removed prior to our arrival. For liability and child safety reasons, our team will not uninstall or reinstall car seats under any circumstances. If a car seat remains in the vehicle, we will clean around it as thoroughly as possible, but full satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the actual condition and time required to complete the service. By booking with us, clients acknowledge that final pricing is subject to change following an inspection of the vehicle. Additional fees will apply to vehicles requiring extensive attention for issues such as pet hair, heavy staining, odors, mold, hazardous materials, and other similar conditions.
Please note that while we use professional-grade equipment and products, we cannot guarantee complete removal of pet hair, sand, stains, or odors. Certain materials—such as upholstery, seatbelts, and carpeting—may be permanently damaged or beyond full restoration. We will always advise you on realistic expectations during the pre-service consultation.
Odor elimination typically requires specialized ozone treatment; cleaning alone is not sufficient to fully remove embedded odors. We may recommend a specialist if necessary.
When cleaning windows, environmental factors such as heat or humidity may cause a temporary film or streaking. Should this occur, allow the vehicle to cool and gently wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage resulting from the cleaning of already weakened, heavily soiled, or deteriorated interior components (e.g., dashboard buttons, steering column controls). In some cases, accumulated dirt or makeup buildup can cause markings to wear off during cleaning.
Headliners are cleaned with great care to avoid damaging the adhesive that secures them. In some cases, stains may remain, as aggressive cleaning can compromise the headliner and cause sagging. If a headliner is deemed too fragile during inspection, we reserve the right not to attempt cleaning.
We are also not responsible for the complete removal of baked-on brake dust, which may be deeply embedded into wheel surfaces. Severely damaged wheels may require repair or replacement.
Regarding the exterior, bird droppings, sap, tar, and bug splatter can chemically etch vehicle paint if not addressed promptly. In some cases, full removal may require paint correction, and some etching may be permanent without compromising the clear coat.
Please be aware that some textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoration and may require replacement. Restoration efforts will be made when previously discussed and approved.
Lastly, the durability of waxes, sealants, and coatings depends on proper care and maintenance. For best results, we recommend regular, safe hand washing to extend product longevity.
On-Site Service Terms & Conditions
Payment for services is required in full on the day of completion. Clients will receive multiple reminders regarding their outstanding balance to ensure timely payment.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to request full payment in advance for clients who have canceled multiple appointments as a condition for rescheduling. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with our scheduling or payment policies.
We reserve the right to amend or reschedule appointment times and dates without penalty. Whenever possible, we will promptly notify clients of any changes and provide alternative arrangements. Additionally, appointment adjustments may be necessary due to adverse weather conditions, staff illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep clients informed and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that clients maintain a minimum distance of 10–15 feet from the work area while service is being performed. If you need to speak with our technicians during service, please do so by signaling from a safe distance. While we remain mindful of our surroundings, hoses, cords, and other equipment can pose tripping hazards, and we prioritize client and staff safety at all times.
Clients are expected to accurately disclose the condition of their vehicle prior to the appointment. Should our technicians encounter undisclosed hazardous conditions—such as urine, feces, bodily fluids, mold, or mildew—upon inspection, Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to request partial payment at our discretion without completing the service. This policy protects the health and safety of our staff and ensures fair business practices.
Photo & Video Usage Policy
By scheduling a service with Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing, you grant us permission to capture and share photos or videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
We respect your privacy and will never disclose personal information such as your name, license plate, or home address without your prior consent. If you have any concerns regarding the use of media featuring your vehicle, please notify us before your appointment, and we will gladly make accommodations.
Service Guarantee
At Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a clear and verifiable reason to believe that a technician did not fulfill the agreed-upon service package or if there is evident poor workmanship, we will either re-perform the unsatisfactory portion of the service or offer a refund for that portion—at no additional cost to the client.
Clients must report any concerns or service-related issues during the post-service inspection or within 24 hours of the service being completed. Issues reported after this 24-hour period are not guaranteed resolution, though we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and provide appropriate support.
Please note that redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be considered if any unauthorized cleaning, repair, or tampering has been performed after our service.
If a client declines the opportunity for a redo of the unsatisfactory portion, any potential refund will be limited to 20% of the total service cost.
This guarantee applies only to services explicitly included in your order or those approved by Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing. Any services performed independently or without prior authorization are done at the client’s own risk and are not covered under this guarantee.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due in full upon completion of your service. Failure or refusal to make payment will invalidate Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing’s service guarantee, and any redos, discounts, or future service considerations will be at our sole discretion.
The client who schedules the service is responsible for completing a verbal or written agreement regarding both the pre-inspection and post-inspection of their vehicle, RV, or trailer. Failure to participate in these inspections forfeits the right to request a refund or service correction.
All service-related claims must be submitted within 24 hours of job completion by emailing info@pedrazasdetailing.com, including supporting photographs.
Please note that failure to disclose any significant conditions at the time of booking—such as severe staining, foul odors, biological waste (human or animal), mold, mildew, chemical spills, or other hazardous materials—will void the service guarantee. In such cases, no refunds, redos, or additional work will be performed beyond the original service package or estimate.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge additional fees for lost time, delays caused by vehicle unpreparedness, or hazardous working conditions. We ask that you review and follow all preparation guidelines provided prior to your appointment.
Some conditions may require services beyond those initially ordered. Refusal to accept recommended additional services—either from our customer service team or your on-site technician—may also void the service guarantee.
General Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Legal Fees, and Dispute Resolution
The client agrees to remit full payment prior to the release of any vehicle or products. Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle or products until payment is received and processed in full. Any unpaid invoice at the time of order fulfillment or service completion will be considered past due. Clients are responsible for all associated collection costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, court expenses, and an accrued interest charge of 18% per annum on outstanding balances.
This agreement does not constitute a performance or satisfaction guarantee based on client expectations. Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for buyer’s remorse following the completion of services.
By accepting the return of the vehicle or products, the client confirms that the service has been completed to their satisfaction. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle or product upon delivery or pickup. Any disputes related to an invoice must be submitted in writing to Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing within three (3) calendar days from the invoice date. Failure to dispute the invoice within this period constitutes acceptance of both the job and the charges therein.
All service disputes must include a written explanation detailing the concern. Upon receipt, Pedraza’s will review the matter in good faith. If an error on our part is identified, appropriate corrective action will be taken.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for the loss of or damage to vehicles or personal items left inside the vehicle due to fire, theft, accidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We do not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages related to the sale, installation, or delivery of our services or products.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to review and understand our full Terms & Conditions, which are publicly available on our website, prior to scheduling or authorizing any service with Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing.
Estimates
All estimates provided by Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing are offered in good faith based on the information available at the time of issuance. Estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to change if additional work, conditions, or vehicle issues are identified upon inspection or during service.
Vehicle Inspection & Condition Acknowledgment
Prior to beginning any service, Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing will conduct a pre-inspection of the vehicle in the presence of the client. During this inspection, our technicians will point out any existing issues or concerns, and the client is expected to clearly communicate their expectations for the detailing service at this time.
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for the pre-existing condition of any vehicle surfaces. Existing scratches, chips, cracks, oxidation, or other imperfections may remain visible after service and may affect the performance or longevity of any applied coatings or paint protection. Such damage may also interfere with the adhesion or durability of the protection and could result in premature failure.
We reserve the right to decline service or refuse work on any vehicle at our sole discretion.
Changes, Corrections & Errors
Pedraza’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, omissions, pricing discrepancies, or descriptive errors related to our services, products, availability, or other published information at any time—without prior notice.
